Ben's Brisbane Computer Repairs is based at an appointment-only home workshop in Wynnum. Some jobs come to the workshop, some are handled on-site, and some are better solved remotely.

Workshop repairs

Hardware repairs, upgrades, diagnostics and data recovery are booked as drop-offs at the Wynnum workshop. I send the address once a time is confirmed; it is not a retail shopfront and there are no walk-ins.

On-site IT support

I come to homes and small businesses in the confirmed bayside service area for setup work, software problems, printer and Wi-Fi issues, email help and everyday IT support. The rate is $135/hr with no travel charge.

Remote support

If the computer is running and online, many software problems can be handled by screen share. Remote support is $50 for 30 minutes or less, or $90/hr for longer sessions.

These suburbs are genuinely covered for on-site visits, even though they do not currently have standalone landing pages. That keeps the site from publishing thin suburb pages just for the sake of having more URLs.

Which option should you book?

If the device has a physical fault, book a workshop drop-off. If the job needs someone in the room, book on-site support. If it is a software, email, settings or printer issue and the computer can get online, remote support may be the quickest and cheapest place to start.
