Cloud Backups
I help make sure your important files, photos and documents are backed up properly.

Most people think their photos and files are backed up simply because an app is installed — but the account, the storage space, and the sync settings all have to be right for that to actually be true. I'll check what's currently backing up on your devices, confirm it's actually working, and fix anything that isn't. That covers services like iCloud, Google Photos, OneDrive and Google Drive, across phones, tablets and computers. If nothing's set up yet, I'll get a proper backup running for whatever matters most — photos, documents, or both — and show you how to check it's still working down the track, so you're not left guessing after I leave.
How do I back up my photos to the cloud?
Choose one main service — iCloud, Google Photos or OneDrive — turn on photo backup, then check from a second device that new photos are actually appearing online. That's the part that proves the backup works before a phone or computer fails.
Is OneDrive actually backing up my files?
Check the OneDrive icon, your account storage, and whether Desktop, Documents and Pictures are included in the sync. A green tick doesn't always mean every folder you care about is covered — I can confirm it properly for you.
What if I don't know which cloud service I'm using?
That's common, and easy to sort out. I'll check what's already signed in on your devices, confirm it's actually backing up, and set it up properly if it isn't.
