The questions I get asked most before someone books a visit.
How much do you charge?
I charge $120 an hour, with no hidden fees. You only pay for the time it takes to sort your issue, and I'll always let you know upfront if a job looks like it will run long.
Do you come to my home or business?
It depends on the job. Hardware repairs, data recovery and scam or security checks are usually drop-off at my Wynnum workshop. General IT help, setup, Wi-Fi, printer and senior-friendly help are done on-site at your place. I'll let you know which applies when you book.
What suburbs do you service?
I'm based in Wynnum and cover the surrounding bayside suburbs, including Wynnum West, Wynnum North, Manly, Manly West, Lota, Lindum, Tingalpa, Wakerley, Gumdale, Belmont, Cannon Hill, Murarrie, Hemmant and Birkdale. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
How do I book a visit?
Use the Book a Visit form to send through what you need help with, and I'll be in touch to confirm a time. You can also call or email directly if that's easier.
Is there anything I should do before we start?
For on-site visits, just have the device accessible and, if you can, your passwords or login details on hand. For drop-off jobs, back up anything critical if you're able to, and I'll send the workshop address through once we've confirmed a time.
