Wynnum is where I'm based, so it is the most straightforward suburb for both on-site visits and workshop drop-offs. If the job needs someone in the room - a new computer setup, a printer or network that has stopped cooperating, general everyday IT help - on-site support is available locally. If it is a hardware repair, upgrade or diagnostic job instead, the device comes to the home workshop by appointment.

The workshop itself is in Wynnum. It is a home workshop, not a retail shopfront - appointment only, no walk-ins. I send the address through once a drop-off time is confirmed.

For software, email, printer, settings and general help where the computer can get online, remote support can be the faster option at $50 for 30 minutes or less, or $90/hr for longer sessions.
