Cant install Microsoft Office [Solved]

You may see the following error message

We’re sorry, we had a problem installing your Office program(s).
Is your internet connection working? Do you have enough free space on your main hard drive?

Solution

do some manual folder deletions…

manually delete

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Office

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office 15

and bingo you can run the Office installer again.

no need to reboot.
